Boogie Bash™ is SIR's™ main fundraising event of the year!
Your Boogie Bash™ Hosts
The Society for Injured Riders (SIR)™ is a not-for-profit society staffed solely by volunteers promoting safe riding and committed to assisting riders who have been injured by a motorcycle accident. Individuals or Organizations do not need to have a SIR™ membership to support the Society, or to receive support from the Society.
We raise funds to support injured riders by holding numerous events throughout the year including poker runs, show and shines, and 50/50s. These funds are added to the overall funds we raise through membership and used to support injured riders. SIR™ is preparing to host its main fundraising event, Boogie Bash™ 2025 at the Rock Creek Fairgrounds.
What is Boogie Bash™
Boogie Bash™ is a weekend of organized events for motorcycle enthusiasts with riders from all over British Columbia, Canada, and the United States in attendance. This adult-only event has become a Boogie Bash™ Family with capacity to welcome 2,500 attendees annually. Whether a rider, motorcycle enthusiast, or dreaming of owning a motorcycle in the future, individuals come out to enjoy a weekend of fun and music while supporting the Society of Injured Riders (SIR)™.
Events throughout the weekend include Food and Product Vendors, Live Bands, Bingo, Beverage Gardens, Show ’n Shine, a Merchandise Booth, a Poker Run, a Burn-out Pit, a Tattoo Contest, and Bike Games to name a few.
Boogie Bash™ 2025
Boogie Bash™ 2025 takes place August 1st to August 4th at the Rock Creek Fairgrounds, 3380 Kettle Valley Road South, Rock Creek British Columbia, Canada.
Society for Injured Riders (SIR)™ have hosted this event in the Boundary Community of Rock Creek, British Columbia since 2007 and we are very proud to bring this event to the area.
Boogie Bash™ TICKETS
Ticket sales are launched for Boogie Bash™ 2025!
Boogie Bash™ 2025 is focused on “Riders Assisting Riders”
Since 2021, Boogie Bash™ ticket prices have stayed at $125 for a 4-Day (Weekend) Pass during these economic times. The Society for Injured Riders (SIR)™ has continued to incur these increased costs of hosting this event while not increasing the ticket prices to the attendees.
Due to the ongoing inflation that has taken place over these past 4 years we have now seen those costs increase to where we need to increase our gate prices to offset these costs.
4-Day (Weekend) Pass Tickets
That being said this years 4-Day (Weekend) Pass will be increased to $185.
This increase does seem significant to some however we have added rewards for you motorcycle riders. For each motorcycle (the motorcycle not the rider/passenger) will receive $20 cash back at the gate, prepurchase your ticket online, the motorcycle will get $20 cash upon arrival at Boogie Bash™.
That’s right, we will take a picture of the bike/license plate, and it gets $20 cash. Easy peasy.
Pre Camping Rates
Here is another perk for motorcyclists, pre camping costs for motorcyclist will remain at $10 per night. Each camping unit is $10 per night Wednesday and Thursday for a total of $20 if you pre-camp for both nights.
All other pre camping units will now pay $20 per camping unit for Wednesday and $20 for Thursday for a total of $40 if you want to pre-camp both nights.
Pre Event Thursday
What are the additional added bonuses we have for you for the increased costs you are incurring you ask.
Well Thursday now is a pre-event welcome day. Yes, we will be hosting pre-event activities on Thursday for those that arrive early.
Details are still being arranged and finalized but will be catered to those that want to have some time to get to know your neighbors and our Kootenay Boundary Residents. Watch for more details to come.
