A 3-Day pass is $125 and includes camping
One day pass is $50 and includes overnight
Yes, overnight camping is included with your day pass. However, you will need to purchase an additional day or leave by 9:00am the following morning. I.e.. Purchase a Saturday day pass you will be able to enter the grounds from 9:00am Saturday morning until 9:00am Sunday morning.
Camping passes are $10 per sleeping unit per night.
Pre Camping opens at 12:00pm on Wednesday.
Arriving on Wednesday means you pay an additional $20 on top of your 3 Day Pass
No, your ticket is electronically sent to the email that you provided when you purchased your tickets in 2021 and/or 2022
You will receive a wristband upon presentation of your electronic ticket at the gate.
You do not need to change the name on the ticket; however we ask that they travel with you so there are no issues at the gate with your alternate attendee
If you lose your ticket please email info@S-I-R.ca and provide your email, name and phone number associated with the ticket. We will then resend your electronic ticket for you to download
Once the event starts if this ticket has been used by another individual(whether you purchased the ticket or not) entry will not be permitted.

Licensed Area Rules
SPECIAL EVENT PERMIT ISSUED UNDER LIQUOR CONTROL AND LICENSING ACT and the following terms and conditions are intended as a supplement to the general terms and conditions laid out in the Special Event Permit Handbook.
There is a bank machine inside the grounds to use during the event.
We prefer cash for gate purchases but have the ability to use a credit card if needed.
No animals of any kind are allowed in the fairgrounds area. We realize that you feel if they are in a camper or trailer, they are ok, but they are not. We know that some attendees in the past have brought dogs with them in their camping units. This is not something that will be accommodated given the NO DOG POLICY placed on us by the fairgrounds. Should you bring any animals with you, you will be asked to leave the property, without refund. Our rental contract indicates no dog policy and to continue to have our event at the Rock Creek Fairgrounds we must adhere too this. So please leave your animals at home.
If you need the name of a kennel close to the fairgrounds, please message us and we would be happy to provide you with that information. If you have a service animal, they are allowed providing you have the appropriate documents. Service animals must have certified government documents that will be confirmed, no exceptions.
NO. ATV’s of any style are not allowed anywhere on the grounds.

Designated parking spaces for accessory vehicles will be available. However, if you are with a truck and trailer your truck can be placed with your trailer. We just ask that you ensure that you are not taking another camping spot that someone else could be utilizing.
Absolutely, you do not need to be a motorcycle rider in order to enjoy the event and its activities.

Camping Changes for Boogie Bash™ 2022
No one likes changes, especially us... We are doing our best to honour our contractual obligations and the changes made to our contracts and to honour our Boogie Bash™ Family attendees.
This year camping will be on a first come, first serve basis - no holds - alas we wish it was still 1970 and a free for all - but it is not.
On Wednesday and Thursday (July 27 & 28, 2022) camping will not be allowed in the blacked-out area of the Rock Creek Fairgrounds.
Friday July 30, 2022, those wishing to move from the camping spots they have chosen on Wednesday and Thursday will be able to move into the area noted in Map 2 with weight and length restrictions.
Any vehicle that is not a pickup, SUV, car or Motorcycle

Your camping spot will have room for you to park your motorcycle and motorcycle trailer. We just ask that you respect that we have almost 2,000 people in attendance, and we need to ensure that everyone has room so please respect the amount of space you take.

FIRE – As per Rock Creek Fairgrounds Contract
We do not have dump station availability at the Rock creek Fairgrounds however, our Sani-dump contractor for the toilets can, for a fee, dump your RV if he has room and time.

There is a freshwater location off the side of the of the shower house. You will need to bring containers for water for your campsite.

No, the trailer is under 30’ so you can park in the areas outlined in blue

Yes, you can tent beside them, we just ask that you put your tent closer to their unit to allow us room for other trailers over 30’

Yes, you can park in that area, but you will have to have our parking attendant with you when you park to ensure we don’t cause serious rutting in this area.

We recommend that you keep your motorcycle locked at all times We recommend that you bring no valuables to the event. Some will bring a lock for their tent doors to deter anyone while you are away from your tent.
Please register your golf cart at the office
Regulations for drone usage are in effect.
We have two individuals that have drones that set up annually at the event. Should you wish to fly your drone we would ask that you reach out to the office, so we don’t have any issues. Add an answer to this item.
Helmets are required throughout British Columbia

Merchandise will be available at our Merchandise booth open during the event. Check the schedule for the times.

Starting at Rock Creek Fairgrounds, to Greenwood Ball Diamonds, to Station Pub in Grand Forks, returning to Route 3 Racetrack in Greenwood with a final stop at the Prospector Pub in Rock Creek BC.

Health Check Upon Check in – Not required in 2022 but suggested.
Upon check in all attendees may be asked the following health questions.
The only ones that will be indoors, with exception of those using the washrooms, will be office staff and volunteers. This will minimize the indoor contact with the office staff. Hand sanitizers will be at the door of the office which everyone will be required to use upon entry.
In the case that anyone is suspected of having COVID 19, our First Aid Attendant will take the person to the nearest testing site to be tested.
For illness outbreak the Medical Health Officer on call will be contacted at 1-866-457-5648
Are available for $1.00 and last approximately 3 minutes.
Absolutely no fireworks, pyrotechnics, sparklers, sky lanterns or any devices or apparatus with open flames or sparks on the property.
Please be respectful of the surroundings and put your cigarette butts in a can or ashtray. Ashtrays have been provided in the licensed area for your convenience. Due the fires please use a can with water in it to dispose of your cigarette butts at your campsite.
