2025 Boogie Bash™ Product Vendor Application

Please read the following as we have changed procedures, rules, wristband quantities, pricing etc.  You must complete the online application (or email the attached form) by the deadline to be considered.
 

1. In an effort to support local businesses, we are keeping are our rates low at $150.
2. Wristbands - For each vendor you will be given two wrist bands. You will be given a program and your wristbands when you arrive. Please note you must wear your wristbands during the weekend.
3. Absolutely no minors this includes in your vendor booth, grounds or during set up. Anyone not able to produce ID will be required to leave, No exceptions!! 
4. All vendors must be in your allotted vendor area by 6pm on Thursday July 31, 2025
5. All vendors must be torn down and the area completely cleaned by 11:00am on Monday August 4, 2025
6. Garbage please put in the appropriate containers or in the designated areas.
7. Set Up and Tear Down - When you arrive, please ask the front gate to ensure that you are set up in the appropriate area.
8. Hours of Operation - Please note that we do not ask you to be open certain times throughout the weekend. We do ask that you are open when a majority of the participants are active. Most days activities start at 9:00am and go until 6:00pm with the bands to follow. 
9. The vendor area will be changed slightly so if you have attended Boogie Bash™ in the past you might not get the same spot as you received in the past.
10. Your application to be Product Vendor must be received no later than June 15, 2025. 
11. You will be invoiced $150 for your Product Vendor Space once your application has been confirmed.  This fee is non refundable and is due no later than June 15, 2025.
12. The sale of support gear for any 1% clubs or otherwise known as outlaw motorcycle clubs is strictly prohibited.
13. All vendors will be required to provide a $150 Deposit no later than July 15, 2025.  This fee will be refunded within one week after the event providing we have no issues with your event space/area. 
14. Please fill out the attached contract and ensure you have provided all the information required. Please note not all applications are approved to be a vendor. Should you have any questions please feel free to reach out to info@S-I-R.ca

**NOTE** You must be fully able to set up and tear down your vendor truck area yourselves. We will have no onsite mechanical support. Power needs will be available based on your application requirements and/or grounds availability.
