Are you interested in showcasing your projects at Boogie Bash™ 2025. Boogie Bash™ is held August 1 – 4, 2025 in Rock Creek British Columbia? Whether you're a experienced vendor or stepping into the vendor scene for the first time, we’d love to welcome you to our event.

- Cost to Attend - In an effort to support our Product Vendors, we are keeping are our rates low at $150.
- Locals - If you are local to the area, Rock Creek, Midway, Greenwood, Bridesville, Beaverdell, Christian Valley, Westbridge and Grand Forks we have a fantastic opportunity for you. Reach out to us and we can explain how you can showcase your items.
- Food Items - The sale of food items such as home baked goods such as Cookies, pastries, and other baked goods that take away from our Food Vendors will be prohibited. But items like Flavored vinegar and oils, honey, Jams, jellies, and other preserves are prohibited.
- Mandatory Prohibited Items - The sale of support gear for any 1% clubs otherwise known as outlaw motorcycle clubs is strictly prohibited.
- Set Up - All vendors must be in your allotted vendor area by 6pm on Thursday July 31, 2025
- New for Boogie Bash™ 2025 you may open anytime on Thursday July 31, 2025 but no later than Friday August 1, 2025
- Tear Down - All vendors must be torn down and the area completely cleaned by 11:00am on Monday August 4, 2025
- Wristbands - For each vendor you will be given two wrist bands. You will be given a program and your wristbands when you arrive. Please note you must wear your wristbands during the weekend.
- Minors - Absolutely no minors this includes in your vendor booth, grounds or during set up. Anyone not able to produce ID will be required to leave, No exceptions!!
- Garbage - please put in the appropriate containers or in the designated areas.
- Location - When you arrive, please ask the front gate to ensure that you are set up in the appropriate area.
- Hours of Operation - Please note that we do not ask you to be open certain times throughout the weekend. We do ask that you are open when a majority of the participants are active. Most days activities start at 9:00am and go until 6:00pm with the bands to follow.
- Camping behind your Product Vendor space is included.
- Power - We provide 120V(Standard Plug) for each spot
- Application Deadline - Your application to be Product Vendor must be received no later than June 15, 2025.
- Cost to Attend - You will be invoiced $150 for your Product Vendor Space once your application has been confirmed. This fee is non refundable and is due no later than June 15, 2025.
- Deposit - All vendors will be required to provide a $150 Deposit no later than July 15, 2025. This fee will be refunded within one week after the event providing we have no issues with your event space/area.
- Application - Please fill out the application and ensure you have provided all the information required.

**NOTE** You must be fully able to set up and tear down your vendor truck area yourselves. We will have no onsite mechanical support. Power needs will be available based on your application requirements and/or grounds availability.
