Society for Injured Riders (SIR)™ is preparing to host its main fundraising event, Boogie Bash™ 2025 which will take place August 1st to August 4th at the Rock Creek Fairgrounds. We have hosted this event in the Boundary Community of Rock Creek, British Columbia since 2007 and we are very proud to bring this event to the area.
We encourage you to read through the sponsorship package below to see what opportunities are available this year to showcase your business/organization as a sponsor of the 2025 Boogie Bash™.
The Society for Injured Riders (SIR)™ recognizes our sponsors as an integral part of our success and we thank you for supporting this signature event.

Boogie Bash™ Five Sponsorship Levels
Side Car Sponsorship level ($50 to $150 & a Product/Item Donation) will benefit from:
o Engraving on one event trophy as a sponsor
o Public thanks and recognition during the event
o Thank you letter from SIR™ and Boogie Bash™
o Will receive a 1/8 color ad in our event program (Booklet style 5” X 7”)
o Will be listed on our Boogie Bash™ website with a link to your website.
o Will be listed on our Boogie Bash™ Facebook page with link to your website.
Sport Sponsorship level ($250) will benefit from:
o Will be listed in our event program as a sponsor.
o Engraving on two event trophies as a sponsor
o Public thanks and recognition during the event
o Thank you letter from SIR™ and Boogie Bash™
o Will receive a 1/3-page color ad in our event program (Booklet style 5” X 7”)
o Will be listed on our Boogie Bash™ website with a link to your website.
o Will be listed on our Boogie Bash™ Facebook page with a link to your website.
o Receive 1 weekend pass to Boogie Bash™
Cruiser Sponsorship level ($500) will benefit from:
o Receive all Sport Sponsorship benefits.
o Engraving on three event trophies as a sponsor
o Will be listed on our Boogie Bash™ website with link to your website.
o Will be listed on our Boogie Bash™ Facebook page with link to your website.
o Will receive a 1/2-page color ad in our event program (Booklet style 5” X 7”)
o Space will be provided for your company banner (Pick up & delivery will be arranged if in the local area)
o Receive 1 weekend passes to Boogie Bash™ for a total of 2 weekend passes
Touring Sponsorship level ($1000) will benefit from:
o Receive all Sport Sponsorship benefits.
o Engraving on five event trophies as a sponsor
o Will receive a full-page color ad in our event program (Booklet style 5” X 7”)
o Will receive a full-page ad for your organization on our Websites and Facebook pages with links to your own website and Social Media pages.
o Space will be provided for your company banner (Pick up & delivery will be arranged if in the local area)
o Vendor area at the event (if desired)
o Receive 3 weekend passes to Boogie Bash™ for a total of 4 weekend passes
Custom Sponsorship level ($1500) will benefit from:
o Receive all Scooter Sponsorship benefits.
o Engraving on seven event trophies as a sponsor
o Will receive a 2 - full-page color ads in our event program (Booklet style 5” X 7”)
o Full-page ad for your organization on our Websites and Facebook pages with links to your own website and Social Media pages.
o Space will be provided for your company banner (Pick up & delivery will be arranged if in the local area)
