Tineke Shepherd - Urban Attitude Tattoo

I’m professionally trained and have been tattooing for 16 years. I had a two year apprenticeship with “Ed the Head” Holmes. I was tattooing my friends while realizing I want to do this the right way. So I hunted for an apprenticeship for a while where finally, Ed let me in the shop. I’ve always been around art as my family were all artists.

I was brought up in the biker scene since birth. My dad’s friends were covered in tattoos. As a kid I would draw on them over their tattoos pretending I was tattooing. I went to one of my dad’s tattoo appointments with Dave Shore and I was hooked haha. The rest is history and here I am tattooing away living the dream.

I’ve won some awards and have been published in a few magazines tattooed at conventions. I love tattooing at these type of events. There’s a sense of ”family” feeling that goes with it.
